Core Promise: Zero Private Credential Access CEOweb will NEVER request, store, or require your personal or brand social media login credentials. All creator evaluation is performed strictly through publicly verifiable social signals and authorized APIs.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly provided by you during account creation and platform usage, including:

  • Account Data: Name, professional email address, company name, and encrypted authentication tokens.
  • Workspace Data: Creator lists, custom campaign budgets, campaign tracking notes, and attribution tags inputted by your team.
  • Billing Information: Payment transactions processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We never store credit card numbers.
  • Public Market Data: Public engagement counts, follower aggregates, and public hashtags published on creator channels.

2. How We Utilize Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide and enhance your CEOweb experience:

  • Delivering algorithmic creator quality scores, CPM benchmarks, and campaign attribution reports.
  • Powering the AI Growth Advisor to generate tailored recommendations based on your workspace context.
  • Monitoring system uptime, detecting anomalous activity, and securing your organization's workspace.
  • Communicating platform release updates, invoice receipts, and priority system notifications.

3. Data Protection and Zero Selling Policy

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or proprietary campaign figures to third parties. Your private campaign ROI, contracted creator rates, and revenue performance remain strictly confidential to your authenticated workspace.

4. Security Infrastructure

We employ industry-leading security practices, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, strict role-based access control (RBAC), and automated vulnerability monitoring.

5. Data Retention & Your Rights

You retain full ownership of your data. You may export your workspace reports in CSV/JSON format at any time. Upon account cancellation, you may request permanent deletion of all stored workspace records, which will be executed within 30 days pursuant to the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and international standards.
