1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website, free utilities, and SaaS application provided by CEOweb Technologies ("CEOweb", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

CEOweb provides software tools for creator analytics, competitor monitoring, campaign tracking, and AI-driven growth recommendations. All benchmarks, score cards, and ROI projections generated by the platform are intended as informational intelligence tools for commercial decision support.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Cancellations

CEOweb offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Paid tiers automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your workspace account billing settings.
• Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current pre-paid billing period.
• Except where required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the CEOweb platform. Specifically, you may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying algorithms of CEOweb.
• Systematically scrape, mirror, or harvest data from CEOweb without express written authorization.
• Use the platform to harass, dox, or conduct unlawful surveillance against any individual creator.
• Attempt to compromise our infrastructure, test unauthorized exploits, or circumvent rate limits.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". While CEOweb continuously refines its algorithmic accuracy, we do not guarantee that third-party creators will achieve specific conversion numbers, or that financial returns are guaranteed. In no event shall CEOweb Technologies be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from marketing or business decisions made using platform insights.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
